ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020-2021

 

Dear members, dear partners,

The Montreal Association for the Intellectually Handicapped (MAID) is pleased to invite you to its 86th Annual General Meeting which will be held on June 12, 2021 in a hybrid format from Patro Villeray, multipurpose room 1-2 (via Zoom and in person). It will be an opportunity to review the activities and services offered to members during this particular year 2020-2021, along with the members of the Board of Directors.

Where : on ZOOM and at PATRO VILLERAY, 7355 CHRISTOPHE-COLOMB, MONTRÉAL (QC), H2R 2S5


10:00 a.m. | Opening of the doors and Zoom
10:30 a.m. | Official Opening of the Annual General Meeting
12:00 p.m. | End of the Annual General Meeting


ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED:
Please confirm your attendance before Thursday, June 10, 2021 to Quentin Girard at 514 381-2300, ext. 34 or communication@amdi.info. For those registering in ZOOM, the access link and AGM documents will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration confirmation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
As the meeting will be held in a hybrid format, members who are more comfortable using Zoom are encouraged to participate virtually. Due to COVID-19 and related restrictions, please note that the number of face-to-face seats is limited and will be evaluated according to Public Health rules.
