Participants in these workshops learn to maximize their community involvement. The various get-togethers and discoveries strengthen our members’ ability to act, while fostering their social integration and raising public awareness.
Skill development workshops
Participants in these workshops develop and practice skills they can apply in their daily lives. More than 150 places in various types of workshops are offered each year.
Discussion groups, information sessions and talks
Designed for families of people living with intellectual disabilities and focused on a variety of themes, including sensitive topics such as planning for the future, sexuality, and emotional relationships.

Out-of-Town Stay Program
At summer camps or outdoor weekends, MAIH members can develop their independence and enjoy a relaxing vacation outside Montreal.
